H2O HAND CAR WASH

If I could give 0 I would these people intentionally damaged my vehicle after I had to bring it back a second time due to water stains revealing itself less than 24hrs after the service. I am disgusted at the service and the owner response he didn’t even want to give me us the business insurance information I would never bring my vehicle to this location 200 Sargent drive they are a wanna be car detailing place charging almost $200 for a horrible job and damage there’s plenty more photos but this is just a sample BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Prior to writing a review, I attempted to contact the business multiple times via Facebook and the phone number listed - all with no . I got a car wash on New Year’s Eve and walked away for about five minutes to go get a coffee at the Dunkin’ Donuts next-door while the employees were cleaning the interior of my car. That night I went in my center console to get the cash that I store there and realized it was all gone. In addition to my money being stolen, a pack of gum in my hospital ID badge were also taken – for what reason, I don’t know. I attempted to call the business owner to discuss this, with no answer.

I will now be going to these guys exclusively for as long as I am living in the New Haven area. Never have I been to a wash that takes more time and effort to clean and dry the cars coming through. These guys spent a couple minutes on each wheel just to make sure they got inside the rims and around the brake calipers and rotors. If you care about your car, GO HERE.

2nd time today with my small hatchback and guess what.. STILL NOT DONE RIGHT they always forget the undercarriage wash they always forget the tire shine and always leave with water marks like come on dude the trucks that leave are wayyyy cleaner than my car and I have a small car!! 2nd time this has happend, this time on Feb. 18th. I asked for headlight restoration just to give them another chance but for 45 dollers never again they didn't even restore the headlights and honesty made it worse and on top of all that i put my own tireshine i cleaned my own door jams and wiped the car down wayy better taking off all the watermarks right in front of all of them.. beware.. i will never be comming again!
