where do i begin? i was hit at a stop sign about a month ago and the driver absolutely wrecked the front of my brand new car, not to mention they caused a lot of internal issues as well as cosmetic (i.e. airbag sensor broken, headlight broken, etc.) to say the least i was very distraught and upset as i had just gotten the car barely 6 months ago. i was worried i wouldn’t be able to have my car the way it was before. I’ve had my car repaired at Boca’s Best twice in the past year. Hugo, the owner, pointed out areas that the insurance company originally wasn’t going to cover. They are true professionals And I will use them the future. They also have a very convenient rental car option right there at the shop.

Brought my car here after a minor accident. They were flexible and accommodating for a drop off near new years, Hugo helped coordinate even though he was spending time with his family. Dianna worked to over communicate updates as we navigated the claims process and helped support a supplemental claim as more damage was discovered from the initial assessment which was based on photos. I just got my car back today after being hit, and HA Collision did an amazing job! The repairs look flawless, but what really stood out was how incredibly nice everyone was. Hugo and Dianna were truly the best — unbelievably friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. They treated me with so much patience and kindness, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. They kept me updated every step of the way and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find people this thoughtful in customer service. Hugo and his team did a great job on my car i highly recommend! I just bought a new car and a week later got hit while waiting at a red light , all i wanted to do is get my car back repaired as if nothing happened and they did just that . Came out great and looking brand new ! Not only that , they were very professional and gave me updates very often . They definitely fixed my car faster than i thought as well
