They overinflated my tire pressure by 50%, which caused my tire to skid and resulted in an accident. This led to a broken control arm, a damaged ball joint, and cosmetic damage to my vehicle. It’s clear they lack the basic knowledge of recommended tire pressure. I chose their service based on positive reviews, but when I returned after the accident, they claimed that inflating the tire to 52 psi, instead of the recommended 32-35 psi, does not affect tire functionality at all. This is unacceptable. Additionally, they completely denied any issues with the rotor, despite the obvious condition visible in the pictures. Inspected the Rotor condition in person and told me to keep driving with the current Rotor condition.

This place gives you great work, great service at a reasonable price. My mechanic in Philly was too far, but I'm glad I found this place close to where I live.

If you are looking for a great and honest mechanic to work on your vehicle head over to H and A Auto. I took my car there after another mechanic told me that I had a cracked head gasket. That mechanic was going to charge me over 3k and that was not even the problem my car was having. It turns out the radiator and a few other issues was what needed to be repaired. Peter and his team did an amazing job repairing my truck. My truck is up and running.. This is means so much to me because the place I used in the past is far away in Philly. It’s nice to find a mechanic close to home. Thanks Peter and team for getting my car back up and running!

H&A auto is a GREAT shop. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. If I could give them a 20/5 stars I would. The work happens fast and it’s very good quality. Peter is a great mechanic and he’s also very kind and funny. So happy with the service!!!!

Peter has been THE BEST to work with. Had one of our fleet vehicles in to another shop, was quoted for transmission replacement over $8k and 2 months. Took to H&A Auto after seeing the positive reviews, and Peter had our truck back up and running in under a week. Transmission did not need to be replaced. Take personal and business vehicles to him now, great communication, thorough work, and very knowledgable. Highly recommend!
