I purchased a part from this Kia & ended up returning it. They told me to give them the part back, and the return would take a month or so. It has been over 6 months now and I have not been given anything. I have called over 5 times and stopped in 2 or 3 times in person because it is still not being handled. I have been patient and nice but keep getting the run around. Have left messages as well. At this point they pretty much stole money from me. Completely unprofessional way to handle this. A customer should not have to go through all this trouble to get their money back for a product that was already returned. I am not one to leave bad reviews but honestly am not sure how else I am supposed to get their attention for someone to handle this.

It is always so busy and I understand why that is! Food, prices,service and outside space was terrific!
