Oh my god Becky was beyond helpful today when I brought my car in for service. She greeted me with a smile, quickly had my car checked in for service and completed and out the door in 45 minutes! She kept me updated as to what my car will need at its next service and even gave me a print out for my records! Thank you for being so efficient!

³When I picked up my loaner car I was.given the key fob and told here you go. No walking around the car , no showing me the the features on the loaner. I couldn't figure out how to open the gas door so I could put gas in it..It would've been to know where these things were without having someone else's tell me.. I know it was cold that day but it would of taken five minutes to show me where things were. I also don't appreciate having to come back to have my car rechecked for something that the manager or the mechanic would of caught before they called me telling me my carrotl

Car was in for an oil change. Everything was excellent except for the digital speed indicator was turned off. Will have to get manual out to figure how to get it set back on.

Becky was great! She was on top of every detail and caught a charge on my bill that wasn't right, fixing it w/o me having to ask. The engine air filter got missed and the tech. that serviced my car had left for the day. Becky found someone qualified, who was still on site, and had them replace the filter, so I wouldn't have to return the following day. Thanks, Becky! :)
