Hai Auto Glass

Great craftsmanship, for those who didn't know, it's all about preparations, just like tinting, he really took his times to do things right and properly, no shortcuts even when it saved him times, cleaning up the old gunks from the uninstall, aligning with tool, even trying to detect voids/leaks around the perimeter in the liquid gasket after putting it down. I had 4 windshields replaced in the last 15 years, and never observed anyone at any place doing jobs like Hai. Full disclosure: I am a friend so I can't comment about the prices 😂. My wife's 2017 X3 with rain sensor.

I recently had the misfortune of having my side and rear windows broken but a transient or junkie in DTLA. I messaged Hai and he came as early as he could. He was very professional and worked fast and efficiently. He replaced both windows and got everything put back together just like things were from the factory. Hai Auto does excellent service! My father-in-law was very happy with the fix to the crack in his Lexus' front windshield. Hai repaired it quickly and even managed to save the existing clips and trim, saving him a few hundred dollars. 10/10!
