Before going to Haifa I went to five other places and they couldn’t help me, after I talk to Frank at HAIFA MOTORS he assured me that they can help me get into a new car. I was still unsure whether I was gonna be helped but once I got there, they did everything they could and got me my new 2020 Chevrolet equinox it was a great experience. Frank was awesome! I was in contact with him for about a month before I was finally able to come in and I never felt pressured to move forward. When I finally got there I had the most difficult time getting car insurance and he was so patient with me. After being denied at multiple dealers, Haifa Auto was the only company to work with me, I ended up leaving with a 2020 Ford Escape! Would definitely purchase with Frank and Haifa Auto again! 10/10 customer service!
