I just had a small bit of body work done at PDR MX. In today’s world of lousy customer service it is more than refreshing to find a company like this. I was quoted via photos I sent. It turned out that that the photos did not accurately reflect the amount of damage needed to be repaired based on the original quote. I was informed of the added cost after the job had been started to complete the full repair. The owner after discussing this matter with me graciously agreed to complete the added work at the original price quoted. He has earned all my future business, and respect.

Fransisco and his team did an incredible job on my 2006 9-3 Saab. They gave me an very reasonable and fair price and did a stellar job, I can't even tell the dent was even there, it looks even better than it did before!!! The guy I was talking to before attempted to rip me off and charge me 3 times as much. Thank god I blew him off and went to Hail Repair PDR, they did a perfect job and saved me a lot of money. I'd highly recommend if you have a ding to remove from your car take it here!

Really amazing and nice mechanics. I mentioned that I was a student and that I needed my car to go to school and they repaired my car in 5 days. Left my car there on Wednesday and they fixed it by Monday, so they must have worked on my car throughout the weekend (and it was not a small dent or anything, had to replace a lot of things). Other place I went to quoted me for over double the price and 4-5 weeks for repair. This place quoted me for half and finished repairs in 5 days, that's seven times faster than the other repair shop I got a quote from. I could not recommend this place enough.

I recently visited PDRMEX to repair damage caused by road debris to my passenger mirror and door. My car was only two months old, and I was hoping for repairs that would make the damage completely unnoticeable. They replaced the power mirror and camera, repaired two small dents, and even addressed a scratch I had accidentally made by closing my garage door on the car. The team was efficient and professional, offering to complete the initial repair within a few hours (I had already purchased the mirror). When I inquired about the scratch, they quoted a very reasonable price and assured me the car would be ready the following day if I left it with them.
