Hail To The Dent

I had some pretty big hail damage from a storm back in May. Someone I know told me About Hail to the Dent, and to contact Ceasar Miranda. I contacted him and he came and looked at the car. When I was ready to have the work done he came and brought me a rental car and took my car to be repaired. When the repairs were finished Ceasar brought the car back and picked up the rental. I can’t remember the exact time frame but they had my car around 2 weeks and Ceasar kept me updated regularly in the progress. Ceasar was super friendly from start to finish. When I got my car back it looked AMAZING!! The inside of my car was dirty when he came to get it, but he had detailed and cleaned the inside so that it actually looked like a new car. The entire repair process was seamless and stress-free. Their door-to-door service was incredible; they provided complimentary pickup, drop-off, and a loaner vehicle. Communication was flawless, with timely weekly updates on both the insurance application and the repair progress. The final interior and exterior detailing was a fantastic, premium bonus. Highly recommend!

Cesar took great care of me and my car. Weekly updates about the process and also a ETA of the finished product. Helped with anything he could. This is our second time going to them and they will continue to be the ones I call for repairs.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while! I was approached by Cesar regarding the hail damage on my vehicle. I was very hesitant at first because I had never done any repairs on my vehicle prior to this. The process was very seamless and fast. They picked up my car and dropped off the loaner at the same time. I was very impressed with how clean the loaner car was and the best part is it was free!! Cesar texted me weekly updates on my car and provided pictures throughout the whole process. My car was ready in just two weeks! I was very impressed with how clean they returned my vehicle and how fast and easy the process was. My boyfriend got his hail damage repaired with hail to the dent as well. We were extremely impressed that they were able to complete his hail damage repairs b
