Amazing experience! I went in for a stud replacement and Art and Ashley up front made me feel welcome and explained everything very well! The mechanics that were there worked diligently and got my car back to me quickly! Great atmosphere and everyone was super friendly! Definitely recommend!

If you have any car care this is the place to patronize. We are snowbirds our sensor our truck. Had some problems with the radiator fan. Our friends referred us to Haines City Car Care and ask for Art. Not knowing of honesty and safety. We went there. We were SOOOOO overwhelmed with GREAT customer service. Took our truck had it done in a day. Offered if we needed anything else they woukd come pick up vehicle and even bring back. Had a hose that had just popped off wasnt on toght enough went back the next day. Dropped off they brought back to our home with no charge for service. We own a business in Ohio and always express customer service. This is the place with a great service department if you need any care maintence Great job Art so appreciate your gracious concerns. I have been coming to Haines City Care for years and I love the staff! They always tell me if there’s any work that needs to be done and will give me an estimate! They are very personable and take great care of their customers. I love Arty and will always bring my cars to his shop!

I can’t say thank you enough to everyone at the shop they always get me taken care of one way or another and always do a fantastic job never once have had issues about getting work done or anything. I fully trust them to do work on my truck when stuff breaks or put a lift kit and tires on. (and there’s been a lot of stuff that has broken or needs replaced) No matter what type of work needs to be done these guy can do it. They have replaced my motor, A/C, Transmission, rear differential and so much more. These guys do fantastic work through and through highly recommend this shop to everyone and anyone. This is the only shop I will take my truck to also for the last 3ish years and won’t let anyone else work on it.
