I'd heard about a lot of problems with Carvana from dealer friends. I'd never worked with them before, usually I deal only with Manheim Auto Auction. Nevertheless, I decided to give Adesa a try. Last month, I bought a dozen or so cars at their auction. I had a problem with one Mercedes because it had been repainted and had additional door damage, and the claim was rejected. This time, something I've never experienced before. Listen, I bought an expensive Tesla X PLAID, which has over 1,000 horsepower. The auction clearly states "X PLAID," the invoice, and the bill of sale also represent "X PLAID." The car arrived, and it turned out it wasn't a PLAID, but a regular 600-horsepower version. Carvana inspection team lies. They do not disclose all damages and do not inspect anything. If they did, there would have been no way the car I bought would have been listed. This company commits fraud every day and needs to be stopped. Save yourself and your money buy elsewhere. A buy here pay here will give you a better experience over these fools. More and more reports coming out of the same type of situation. Even made national news. They are about to be in the news all over again. Wait and see!!!

I showed up to pick up a car at 4:05 after the wholesale office closed, instead of sending me home for a two hour drive Alex made a call and found someone to bring the car to me. I can’t say how much I appreciate the service above and beyond! Five stars!!
