3 strikes your out. Aside the convenience factor of this shop I go out of my way to avoid it. Being a mechanic I notice everything they do and the mistakes that could be made. I just want to say I have had good experiences with them before and these events happened over the course and couple years. The first red flag that I saw was when my wife pulled home from getting her spark plugs replaced. When I got home she notified me of a rattling under the hood. I popped the hood to find a screwdriver bouncing around between the runners and the engine block. If it had gotten any closer to the battery we could have had a much bigger problem. The second flag was a couple month later. The lug nuts on the rear right (RR) of the vehicle were loose and the tire came off as my wife was coming home from

Had a car in for inspection 4 months ago, failed for one tire and put the Red rejection sticker on window. They could have had the courtesy to tell me about the tire and not do the inspection. Just went back with another car that had dealer installed tint when purchased new in TX. After PASSING it last year, they failed it and put a Red safety rejection sticker on. To make matters worse, sensors were in a not ready state which requires the car to be driven for a few days to reset the drive cycle so an emissions test can be done except red rejection means NO legal driving allowed in MA until repaired, but there is NOTHING to repair.

Horrible experience getting an inspection! Went back 3 times and always told me they were too busy to reinspect my car. Funny, they had time after the 60 day grace period was up, but told me I had to pay another 35$!!! Place is a rip-off. Stay away and spread the word.

Had a bad experience there the man couldn’t tell me what he did to my car after paying 1500$ my vehicle continued to die day after day of calling him an he would promise to come look and he never did long story short he took out my duralast 800 cca and put a 640cca deka in which witch is not right battery and a real mechanic should know better
