Hale Insurance Agency

Charged me 354 a month with no violations on my record. Thats even paying every 6 months. For some reason the re entry program in malvern forces its residents to use this company. They take advantage of men trying to get a fresh start. Oh and when I changed insurance agents I got a much better policy for only 198 a month. Im currently reporting to bbb and attorney generals office

Had this insurance company for years. At first Chinda was pretty good. Last 3 years, it was terrible. I would always ask in advance for her to price check other companies and she would say she would but when it was time to renew, she would say it was too late. I went elsewhere to get insurance and called 2 days before my policy ended to let them know I had insurance elsewhere. I am still getting calls, texts and letters from the company telling me the policy lapsed but I can renew. Thumb down

BEWare before doing business with these people. They will lie and take your money 💰 and blame it on underwriting or whomever seems fit. Happened twice on two Separate policies

They are amazing! I have had insurance agencies try to jack you around when you have something bad happen. These guys are always there for you when your in a jam.
