Best car wash ever my 1st time going me and my son was amazed and the guy at the window help me was so nice listen, hear me out. I was a loyal royal fun customer when it came down to gas and car washes. I don’t mean to say this, but royal phones ain’t gonna worry about me going back for a car wash, baby. I’m definitely purchasing me a membership here at auto spa. 😊 job well done

Jamila was amazing! I’ve been to Halethorpe Auto Spa Express several times, but after a recent wash following the snow, I noticed some light scratches and heavy soap residue. I reached out to customer support and Jamila called me the very next day. She had me come in, personally reviewed everything, compared photos, and truly listened. She followed up quickly and made arrangements with her contact to have my hood buffed out. Jamila handled everything professionally and made it right. Great manager, excellent customer service. She really gets it!

5 stars!! Today was my first time there and definitely not my last. One of the young ladies there helped me and made my visit a pleasant one. Great customer service. The free self vacuum sections are great too. I hope they never change how they operate. I have to get pictures to post. My money was well spent. This is my new car wash spot.

Shoutout to Mr Nick and Don who helped out as we got our keys locked in the car. They were awesome, helpful and SUPER fast. Shoutout to the wonderful team. Always enjoy coming in here.

This was my first time coming here and I’m hooked! I love driving around in a clean car. I paid for the $25 wash and I am so impressed! I will definitely be back and am considering the membership. The $25 wash included tire shine too which is a nice touch! The free vacuums were awesome, I was able to clean out my whole car and it looks brand new! The clean microfiber towels were great too. Plenty of vacuum spaces. Easy to get to. There is a free mat cleaner available to use as well, I did not use it
