Location is convenient. That is the end of the good. The bad is literally everything else. Service is particularly terrible. My visit prompting Google to ask for my review was for a VA safety check. Upon arriving, I told them my 12V power adapter or as they called it, the "cigarette adapter" wasn't working. My appointment was at 9:30am. My car was finally ready at 2pm! The service "advisor" said it took them hours to find the fuse feeding the outlet. And he stuck to that story despite how ridiculous it sounded to me and several other employees. The waiting room was so packed, there was literally no place to sit. I was told by two employees in the service department that the Service Manager piles in appointments to make up for the days they were closed due to Winter weather. The appointment

Car was brought in for the check engine light. $6000 to change a timing belt and then ended up coming back when the light came on again. This time was told it was not a sensor but a part that cost $900 in labor to get too just for them to call back after getting to that part and telling me it actually was the sensor the whole tome but please pay $900 in labor. Now $7000 in and the car is still acting up. Its a 2020 for God sake.

Service and parts department both exceeded my expectations for speed of processing drop off, assistance with difficult parts matching, communication and professionalism. Rare at a dealership and Kudo to the service manager who assembled this team.
