Hall Buick GMC

We just bought our second brand-new Sierra 1500 SLT from Hall Buick GMC in Tyler, and once again they proved why loyalty actually means something to them. We’ve been GM loyal for years, and we like to flip-flop between Silverados and Sierras depending on the deal, the vibe, and which truck feels right. On the very same day we bought this Sierra from Hall, we stopped by the dealer with the bowties down the road to see about buying our second Silverado from them. That visit lasted about as long as a snow cone in July. They immediately tried to bury us under over $3,000 in dealer add-ons we didn’t want, didn’t need, and sure as hell weren’t paying for. It felt less like buying a truck and more like being mugged politely with a smile. We walked out and made it very clear we won’t be buying

The service there is amazing! I brought my car in, and got someone to talk with me almost as soon as I got out of the car. I also needed someone to shuttle me back to my office, and had a wonderful gentleman take me to my office. After the car had the work done it needed, someone texted me. It was done at around the same time it had been told to me it would be done. Everyone was very nice and super helpful. I am so glad for Hall Buick here in Tyler!
