Hall Hyundai Elizabeth City

I like my Santa Fe, which I purchased recently. We agreed on vehicle price, and when I went to sign, I didn’t look at the details and got charged for “auto defender.” I noticed the next day. I went back and said I didn’t want that, or that I hadn't noticed it was in the paperwork, and immediately I was told, "You signed it," and challenged about it. It’s ok, I haven’t heard anything about it after they said they would pull the camera and all that good stuff. It’s fine, I’m the dummy for not paying attention, but why would it be thrown in there? Mike White at Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth City is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! My son has been looking at the Kona's for a while now. While searching for a vehicle in his area, I found that his dealership had a Kona Limited en-route that matched the interior and exterior colors my son was looking for. I reached out to the dealership, and Mike called me back promptly. He said the car was due to arrive the first week of October, but he would be happy to hold it for us. We promptly provided him with a down payment to hold the vehicle. Mike called on Friday, September 19th and said the vehicle had already arrived that day at the dealership! Great dealership with great customer service. I highly recommend James. I bought my Santa Fe from him. I accidentally left some paperwork there and he brought it to me from the dealership. He also helped me source some floor mats for my vehicle. He really does go above and beyond for his customers. I can't recommend this dealership enough.

I just recently got my Hyundai Santa Fe from here. Tj Pinson was amazing. I can’t thank you enough. Nothing but love and laughter from them. Go get a vehicle from them.
