purchased a used 2018 Honda Accord EX-L from Hall Honda on January 7th, 2026 in good faith. I was told the vehicle had a clean Carfax. I was told it had been inspected. I was told it was safe and ready for the road. Yes, there was a disclosed open recall and I signed the acknowledgement. However, what no customer should ever experience is what happened next. Within hours of driving this vehicle off the lot, the car lost power while I was driving. I was stranded and the vehicle had to be towed back to Hall Honda shortly after purchase. After inspection by Hall Honda’s own service department, I was informed that this was not a minor issue. I was told the vehicle had a blown head gasket and required major internal engine work including timing chain related repairs. In plain terms, this car

Avoid. Took my car in be priced to sell. Kyle, who was giving me a price asked to take it for a drive and inspect it. After he finished, it turned out he had caused significant damage to the wheel arch of my car. He had made a major hole in it on looking at a rust patch. Then he said he could not have such a car on his forecourt. I left, then within 5 minutes he phoned me up to offer me $2000 for it. What a cheek. He caused criminal damage to my car so no one else would want it and then made a very low insulting offer. Oddly he has since phoned me again to ask if I would like to sell to him. I would not deal with him/them full stop. Took my car to another garage today, The guy said what a shame about the hole (that Kyle made). Anyhow he offered me significantly more money than Kyle did a

I purchased a 2022 car and noticed the brakes had a grinding noise. Salesman said I could bring it to the Honda dealership across the street. Service team said it was the tires and they would order more and that would fix it. The grinding noise got better but within a month, the noise is back along with squeaky brakes. I bring it back bc obviously it was never fixed and they tell me I have to pay a $175 diagnostic fee to have them look at it again. Called the dealership and they said just bc I hear noise doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong WHAT???? So I’m basically SOL at this point now have to pay for a repairs myself. Very dissatisfied and upset with my purchase. On the day I bought the vehicle I told them something was wrong with the alignment and that the car was off balance. They had me bring it back that week and said they fixed the issue. However, I have been back repeatedly for the same problem. It has gotten worse and I did meet with the Service Manager and the Suoervisor of the Mechanics. They repeatedly said nothing was wrong and then when I can back a fifth time they said I needed new tires and yes the alignment was off. I also complained for months about the loud noise that sounds like a whale squealing and they said it may be happening because my brakes are wet.
