Hall Toyota Elizabeth City

Although I had to wait almost a month for my ideal 4Runner to make its way from Japan to NC, my experience at Hall Toyota Elizabeth City with both Jessica (my primary sales person) and Melissa (her awesome backup) was amazing. Once the 4Runner arrived, I was able to pick it up on Black Friday. The purchasing process was both quick and easy, with my son and I being able to grab an early dinner at Currituck BBQ. The aftercare support (I’m a little needy sometimes 😁) has been phenomenal. This is my first Toyota purchase and it has been a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and people here. Outstanding! Thank you all!! And omg, I can’t forget about the awesome job that Stephanie also did to make sure that my experience was great. When I’m ready for my next Toyota,

I had a great experience buying my truck. My salesman, Ryan was very personable and even carried my dog around the dealership while I was working with the finance manager, Catherine. They made the process easy and relaxed. No stress or pressure to buy any extras, though they informed me of all the options. Ryan always responds back in a timely manner whenever I have any questions. Overall a great experience. Will buy again from them in the future.

I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and have returned several times for service. During my most recent visits, I have worked with Brittany Markel. Brittany stands out as a highly professional, respectful, and knowledgeable service provider. She consistently answers all my questions with patience and demonstrates a strong understanding of customers needs. In both interactions, she worked diligently to find alternatives that accommodated my request, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. I truly appreciate her top tier customer service. Whenever possible, I will seek her assistance during future visits. Thank you, Brittany, for your outstanding support!!

From my first email with Melissa to my final transfer of funds, Chanel Pennick was with me. Chanel stayed available answering all my questions and keeping me informed on delivery of my Cypress Toyota Sienna. Chanel is warm and welcoming but always professional. She made this so much more enjoyable by just being herself! Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City is lucky to have her!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Devin at Hall Toyota while servicing my Toyota Tundra. The service team as always was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was completed in a timely manner and my truck is running great. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely keep returning for future maintenance.
