I left my vehicle with Hallmark Hyundai’s service department on 12/01/2025 after an oil warning light appeared. Prior diagnostics from AutoZone and Pep Boys indicated a possible turbo issue, and Pep Boys advised dealer repair. Hallmark Hyundai quoted $3,543.88 to replace the turbo, lower oil pan, and oil switch, which I digitally authorized. On the scheduled pickup day, I was informed the oil light remained on and approved an additional $950 oil pump repair on 12/09/25. I was then charged $5,257.40—significantly higher than quoted—with the increase incorrectly explained as “tax.” Immediately after leaving the dealership, a loose piece of trim left unsecured during repairs shredded into my front tire on the interstate during rush hour, creating a serious safety hazard. I've been coming here for maintenance visits for around five years and have always been satisfied with my results so I was very disappointed when there were a couple of cosmetic issues that were caused during my last maintenance visit. However, when I brought these concerns up to the staff, they were very apologetic and Jason and his team went above and beyond to correct these issues. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to own up to their mistakes, that's hard to come by. I will be coming back!

The experience was great. When I arrived I was greeted by Jason. I told him I needed an oil change. He asked did I want my tires rotated. He saw that the system showed one tire was on yellow. When they completed the oil change he said I didn't need my tires rotated. I felt since I was the last car to be serviced at the end of the day they were ready to go home. Overall great service
