I have had an AMAZING experience with the ENTIRE Hamilton Team with the setup of our very first car wash (Bubbles Auto Spa) They were VERY informative and patient with the whole design and training process. GREAT JOB and highly recommend. I worked with Tim and Mark for the final onboarding and thank you both.

Looks like Hamilton is hanging out their long time customers out to dry, by no longer supporting older ACW changers, bc of END OF LIFE, mine still works if I could get some tech support? I guess they don’t care about their customers anymore after so many years & they already got your $$$. I would have been willing to pay a small reasonable fee even (like $7.95) every time I called in. I guess I’ll stick with my UNITEC!

She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I am a carwash owner and called in to inquire about a promo I wanted to offer through our elementary school PTA. I spoke with Theresa in regards to this and not only did she help me set one up, but was able to show me several other options and ideas the system was capable of. This process was very quick and is extremely helpful to me as I use the Hamilton Commander pay-station to process payments and market my wash to customers everyday.
