Hamilton Place Car Wash And Detail

Every time I come here, they do a bad job. This is my third time coming and they never complete the entire wash or detail. I always show up and nothing was wiped down and my vehicle is half cleaned. I will not be back.

Because they do the whole race, they don't do it as well, but they should have been careful with the rings or cleaned them well, since they did the same thing to me last time and this time they only half clean the rimS.. And I would have loved if they had actually emphasized that since I had told it to the lobbyist. And many details around the vehicle. Unfortunately, I thought they were going to do their best, but doing it quickly doesn't mean doing it right. Some of the same bugs that were inside are still there.. lol

I spent $48.65 and spent an hour for them to clean my car. I have an Audi A3. It's a rather small car. I didn't mind waiting because I paid for the ultimate package soI assumed it would take awhile. As you can see in the photos, none of the door jambs were wiped, the dashboard still had sticky residue, and I don't think the trunk was ever even opened. The trunk may not be included, but I assumed with the deluxe package it would be. Seems like they just rushed through it and didn't put much timenrk effort. I will say I have been here in the past and loved my experience, but, in my opinion, today was far from satisfactory.

I brought my Honda civic in on 1/17, they missed numerous spots that were egregiously standing out upon retrieval of my car. I’m missing $50 worth of chargers, battery packs, and cigarette lighters. I had $20 in cash in my center console missing. I should’ve said something before I left but I didn’t inspect the car well enough before I got home and noticed everything. Find a different provider, if you do have to use them please inspect your car thoroughly. Embarrassing for $250.

Do not waist your time or money. I would not recommend to friends or family. Frankly, it was lazy work. We paid for a full detail. Wash, vaccuum, and shampoo. Some areas were clean others came back dirtier than when I dropped it off. They used the same greasy rag used to shine interior to wipe the windows. I had to do a deep clean on all of the windows the next day. We paid over $200 for this shoddy work.
