If I can give this place negative stars I would. I took my car here to get it inspected and he tried to charge me $260 when it’s always $95. He said because my brakes and rotors failed but that does not make any sense I’m paying you to look at the car. And told me if I come back in for a reinspection he had to charge me even more money ($165 to be exact). I work for AutoNation service department and in the 2 years I have worked for AutoNation they have never charged extra because something failed.

Hammer Automotive did a front end alignment and mounted two new steer tires on my class C RV for me and did a handful of other work I needed done. They did a good job and the price was fair for the work I had done. Trying to find a place in this area that will do an alignment on a class C RV is difficult but they had no problem working me into their schedule. I noticed they do a variety of work in their shop from medium / heavy duty trucks to automobiles. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Hammer for service.

Don't go here to buy a car. I was told i needed motor mounts for my car but everything else was all cool and ready to go. So I bought the car off the guy for 2500. The tires were junk and then i took it to go get inspected and it turned out all these problems showed up and now I have to pay two grand to get my car inspected they will lie to you to sell a car so don't buy a car but as far as the service the service was good when they help me change my brakes and rotors but don't buy a car. The inspection was done by a certified agent for the state of Maryland.The fact of the matter is they will tell you that they did all kinds of work and it will be incorrect or a lie who knows but dont buy any vehicles from this place because 9 times out of 10 your gonna have to sink alot of money into th

told me they could fix the brake light then told me they couldn't and tried to charge me a diagnostic fee when I told them that wasn't legal they refused to do anything to the car even helping me put the plates on.

They are rude and disrespectful.I had to call police to get my truck back from this guy. Worst customer experience ever. Stay away from this shop or you will regret. Bad business.
