I have ordered quite a few parts now from Hamm's for our needs. After the first orders were completed very fast and at great price, I made Hamm now my first stop for any VW or Audi part we need since the price is always very competitive, shipping is very reasonable and VERY fast (most orders shipped out the same day I ordered) and the selection of on-hand parts is great. For larger parts (transmission, seats, fender, hatch) I made the trip and picked up in person. Very courteous, reliable and trustworthy young man!

He sold me an engine for an audi for 500. The timing belt was torn, water pump was broken, and the timing barely rolled over. He said i shouldnt have to do head gaskets and its ready to go other than changing these few parts. I still disassembled the engine and pulled the heads off. The whole thing was just sludge. It was everywhere clogging everything. When i pulled the drain plug it stopped draining because there was so much sludge in the pan. They didnt want to give any of my money back because i was past the 30 days. They're shady and will say anything to get that money. Take ur money to a more reputable place than this hole in the wall
