I’ve brought my Porsche Boxster here a few times for minor issues, rarely for regular servicing. Some time ago, I came in for an exhaust rattle. They charged a significant amount to replace "missing hardware" on the belly pan, which did absolutely nothing to fix the noise. More concerning was the service during my last oil change. I usually do my own maintenance, but I brought it here last time. When I went to change the oil myself a few days ago however, I discovered the ride height sensor was detached and hanging. When I called to address this, they claimed, "We don't detach the ride height sensor." Had the SUV towed in from air bag on driver side down, not my first rodeo with Hance… have been my authorized mechanic for awhile, Jim very nice about taking your money & saying, you not going to like the price, this air bag job cost me $2100, just for the frondriver side, came home to the back of the truck looking like this…. It’s like they find the next job while you car is there, Jim not happy with your service lately! Gloria.

Brought my car in last week due to a no crank no start situation on my vehicle, had the vehicle towed in to their place and had it looked at. After doing the inspection of the vehicle they reassured me that the issue was not the starter and just the battery, of which I appreciated their honesty. I opted to do the battery myself and ended up just paying them for 1 hour of diagnosis. When I go to pick the vehicle up it starts right up (nice!!!) but as I begin to drive off there is a hard clunk coming from the vehicle that is constantly felt. I go back in to show the front deskman and explain to him how it was not doing this before it was brought in. He test drives vehicle and confirms vehicle is not operating as designed, but when they had the vehicle lifted in the air previously to inspect

These guys did a great job of finding my mysterious noise. They kept me in the loop and completed the job in a decent time. I saved over $2500 vs the dealer. I would not hesitate to take my car here. They are honest and good at fixing cars.

Run, run, run and don’t look back, save your car and money!!!! I brought my car to this shop for repairs. I was originally quoted around $2,100, but when I came to pick up the vehicle, the final bill had increased by about $400. The total came to approximately $2,500. At drop-off, I was not given any documentation or receipt confirming the estimate, which made it difficult to hold them accountable when the price changed. I would strongly recommend that anyone who brings their car here request written documentation of the estimate in advance or record your conversation. After paying, I immediately noticed that my car was still not driving correctly.
