They did a wonderful job with my wifes 06 Town and Country. Kept great contact during the process. Called when he found other things we didn't mention and only tackled what we asked him to. No extra, no hidden charges. It's not Temu prices (however VERY fair) BUT it's not Temu quality work either. They did an awesome job and we will definitely be returning.
Great mechanic and very trustworthy. They stand behind their work 100% of the time. Will continue to use.
Have been using Hancock's the last few times we needed a mechanic. Dennis keeps us informed of what they're doing on the vehicle. The last time our car was in the shop he seen the battery wasn't strapped down and fixed that as well. It's friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and trustworthy service.
Not from around here, so when I had an issue with my vehicle it was more of a hope for a decent mechanic. Going there was quick, got scheduled next day super quick, quality work and honestly fairly priced. Will for sure go back 👍
Best mechanic in the Vernon county area . Good , honest people that care about their customers.
