Hand Car Wash

I’ve been coming here for years & never had any issues until today. Quality of work has gone down & the price has gone up. I won’t be returning. Spots on my glass that was there prior to the wash. Trash left in the car, cup holders still dirty.

Went there to get a wash, the place was already crowded with cars that were getting vacuum. The lady directed me to turn wide to fit my truck into a tight spot but never warned me about a poll that was next to me. Not only did my car get damaged, the cops were called and the owner lied and said I was drunk and hit the pole. After the police did their report 2 minutes later same lady guided another truck to that same pole and damaged his vehicle as well.

There are many car washes and other types of jobs, and yet there are customers who don't want to pay for the service. Whenever they have dog hair, vomit, or are dirtier than usual, or want an extra ingredient in their food, people don't want to pay for that service and call the ice people. On these dates, there are people who, instead of harming them, help them get their paperwork out faster. Many don't even respect the prices, especially when they're Hispanic-owned. Let's just remember that the labor is what does the work. This car wash is very good for a fair price. They provide better service than other car washes. Working in the sun, at high temperatures, or in the cold is not easy at all.

Been coming here for a while but noticed it would be closed when I went by. Reached out to the number to see how I could continue to be a customer and got this in response via text: "Mira morro lavado de carros ay muchos. Santos car wash le dio leo mejor para los clientes. Pero ve a lavar tu carro con los gueros." This translates to "Listen, kid, there are plenty of car washes. Santos Car Wash gave customers the best. But hey, go wash your car with the white guys." Needless to say will never go here again.

Been coming here for years but today wasn't a good day. Tires weren't cleaned and their was spots on both sides that wasn't washed. I tried to get them to use the pressure washer to clean the wheels but there pressure washer just broke and one of the employees used tire shine to cover the dirt on the tire. Only had 2 cars in front of me compared to normally 6-8. Not like they were that busy. I'll try one more time but if it happens again. I'll go somewhere else.
