Hand to Hand Auto Sales

The owner/seller sol me a SUV last year and during the whole 6 maybe 7 months that I owned the vehicle I had issues with the car that obviously was expensive. Not one time did he offer to help fix. Within that time my wheel hub, gas gauge, tires itself, brakes, and a few other things relating to the wheel hub . The car dies on me twice and the last time was on the interstate and I had it towed to my house. I called a mechanic that has many years experience and certificates. He told me that my engine was locked up so it was a goner. I called the seller and he said “ wow I’m sorry, it looked like a good car.” I’m thinking, what? As an owner of a car dealership you know not to go by looks. He sold me a lemon that I had done nothing but put more money into it. And before anyone thinks well she

Very very shisty, sells cars with major mechanical issues as gone over by a qualified mechanic. Will not make right hours after handing over 7K cash. When approached waited the legal 3 days after purchase be turning off warning lights and put filters on backwards. This was in addition taking a trade in over 1000 below KBB - just because he was such a nice guy!

Bernie was the best and I would highly recommend him as a salesman with integrity. This was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with and can honestly say I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle for my son from Hand to Hand.

Check engine light on as soon as pulled off the lot. Brought to mechanic. $2,000 later and about 5 different issues and no support. Lemon. Do not buy here.

I bought a car from them came from Dayton the car didn’t last a day the guy wouldn’t let me get the car checked and get a diagnosis and was very weird about only wanting cash I still have the car that I bought on Valentine’s Day 2023 and I’m not capable to drive it it still currently stuck at the BMV so basically I paid for car insurance on a car that I’m not even capable of driving just put tags on the car that I am not capable of driving I am currently asking for a refund and he is not answering He does not deserve a star and I would not recommend getting a car from his lot he needs to be in jail
