Hand Upon Detailing & Ceramic Coatings

I had been browsing around for a shop to ceramic coat my car and came across Hand Upon with glowing reviews from yelp/google/reddit. Having spoken to Danny at length about protection/coating options he was quick to respond with more than enough info to minimize any doubt about their services. To top it off he had reached out with a promotional offer for a 5 year ceramic coat that I could not refuse! Upon pickup after the service I was extremely happy with the results. Danny and team took great care of my vehicle, and went above and beyond what I had expected. The pearl effect paint looks enhanced with no imperfections. I used Hand Upon for my ceramic coating about six months ago and it still looks great. Since they did such a good job on the coating I went to them when someone scraped my bumper in a parking lot. They came through again! They buffed out most of the scrape and used a little touch up paint where it was deep. Can't even tell that there was a scrape unless you know. They also did a refresh on my ceramic coating and now the car looks as good as it did six months ago.

Brought my wife’s 2022 Kia Sorento in to Daniel for a full ceramic coating with his 3-5 yr warranty package and I could not be happier! Daniel was super friendly and helpful from the start, and maintained great communication and updates throughout the process. He did an interior detail, wash, decontamination, paint correction, ceramic coating, and even fixed some problem glue spots from sloppy dealership work. The owner is a nice guy and all but their skill level and attention to detail just isn't there. I got their highest level 3 detail and this is how it came out. Like I told the owner I think my level of detail and perfection didn't match his or the staff that works here. They also under performed on repainting the cracking leather interior. The section looked better than before but it definitely wasn't perfect. I spent $670 for them to leave smudges on the windows, water marks on the door jams, dirt in the consul, and left over clay marks still on the paint. I regret coming here and really feel like I wasted my money.
