I had a car accident and trusted Handcraft Auto Body with my car and the other vehicle involved. From start to finish, they were amazing. They worked directly with our insurance companies and made the whole process completely stress-free. The quality of their work is outstanding—they completely removed every dent and scratch, and the paint job is flawless, like the car is brand new. When I picked it up, the car was spotless inside and out, shining as if it just came from the showroom. After my parents cars and my car were vandalized, we were honestly stressed about how everything would turn out. Thankfully we brought them to Handcraft Auto Body, and they completely exceeded our expectations. When we got the cars back, they looked brand new like literally clean as a whistle. GREAT WORK man! I mean seriously, the services here left me so impressed. My car was honestly ruined beyond recognition. Once I came back to pick it up, I didn't even recognize it was my car. I literally said, "Wow that car is nice. I want a car like that". Then realized it was actually my car I was looking at! (LOL). That's how great the services were. Not only was the collision work immaculate, but Handcraft also detailed the inside (smelled wonderful) and outside of my car. It was as if I just bought a BRAND NEW vehicle right off the lot. What started as a 5star review is now a 0 based on this place lack of customer service, quality of work and most importantly disrespectful owner! . From day one I had to keep calling and checking on my truck for updates. When it was finally ready after a month is when I received a call. I picked my truck up and the exterior looks great no scratches car looks excellent and they received payment from insurance . Before iI left I asked did you drive it to make sure it’s stable they said yes it’s fine. Well on my way leaving I noticed they didn’t address the internal driving issue that was a result of the accident. My wheel still felt loose, and overall truck stability was still off. I called them the next day soon as they opened informed them of the issue and was told they will fix it no cha
