Hands On Car Wash Swanton

Total ripoff..put $5.00 worth of quarters in car wash to get started and nothing worked .Then proceeded to swipe my card in the same wash bay and still nothing started and couldn't get it to come on . Now today I see a $20 charge on my card and I never got one drop of water to spray out whatsoever. Total scam and im not happy..$25 Total and I got no service from this self service spray car wash. Do not waste your money here .

RIP OFF, don't use the credit card or debit card because they will charge you 20$ no matter you use for 2 minutes or 5 minutes. I washed my car using my credit card, I even stop the botton 2 to 3 times and it showed 5$ and thank you but I still got charged 20$ to my credit card. Totally RIP off I won't recommend anyone to go there because they are just taking your money. There is no contact number to discuss this matter. Risk it if you want to spend 20$ just for simple water. NOT EVEN WORTH OF 1 STAR.

Review edit: I made a mistake when I wrote this, my card initially put a $20 hold charge on it but within 24hrs it went back to the original $5 charge. I had looked for a contract number but I didn't see it, there is one. I was also contacted by the owner to make sure that I was only charged the $5. Just went and washed my car with my debit card, I got a $5 car wash but they charged me $20 on my card. Tried looking for a phone number but there isn't one. Don't use the credit card machine in the first bay bc you'll get overcharged like me

Great location and very reasonable on the Prices that they are asking for in order to use their business! I like the amount of time that they give you on just $2.00, but I normally just put in $5.00 for 10 minutes to wash my car and also plenty of time to make it look really good. Thanks for the great service and I will definitely keep coming back to this carwash everytime that I am in town!

Yeah, I went to wash my truck the other day and I put three dollars in quarters and it wasn’t long enough so I didn’t have any more quarters so I used my card and it’s showing they charged me $20 and I’m not going there again that’s a rip off!
