Handy Car Wash

I have been here a few times it does a good job. Had an issue the other day charged my card didn’t work. But I left a note tucked in the door name number so on. He called back within the hour dropped a check in the mail. Very satisfied with how it was handled

Went to the 1st bay -7’ 6” paid for a wash then proceeded to enter the wash bay and it pisssed lil water on my dirty truck then told me to exit. The dryers came on to air dry the mud that i paid to have washed off. So i went to the next bay and paid for the basic wash, called for a refund or a wash, no answer- won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it. Personally if you’re going to be in business at least answer the phone or have voicemail to leave a message for a returned call.

The last few years looked promising with all the new "improvements" The new automatic wash is a joke. Ya better line up just right or it'll rip your mirrors off. The self serve aint no better. The pump in the south bay has been screwed up for months and still in service. Close that bay down!! That's absolute theft!! Once you put your money there is no refund when the equipment doesn't work. If you swipe your card. Its a minimum $3 before it will shut off. Ok so waste $3 and move to a different bay. No foam brush, no engine or tire cleaner. Basically had wash soap and rinse. Spot free still sprays a soapy mixture so that was a waste of money as well. Its almost worth the drive to drive to Hays just to wash a vehicle. Our small town needs a decent car wash.

Happy to take my money but then kick me out of the car wash because it wasn’t working. Thought it was a mistake so I circled back around and was willing to try it again and the same thing. No one to call or get a hold of to let them know not only is there machine not working, but I need a refund.

I've used this automatic car wash before, but never has it taken my money and then the arm proceeded to nearly bump into my side mirror after 20 seconds and tell me to exit the bay. Nobody answers the phone when you call.
