Everyone who works here is just wonderful. My kids get a kick out of seeing the logo projected onto the windshield when we're going through the wash on the conveyor belt; Hang 10 has taken an otherwise tedious task and turned it into a fun destination for us all. Don't be scared of navigating your car through the line, it's so easy. You're guided onto the belt carefully, cars are spaced a safe distance between each other, and between the signs and the helpful employees you're not gonna have any problem wondering what you're supposed to do. If you forget to remove car magnets or anything and they get washed off, they collect and keep anything that may come off in the wash and keep them indefinitely for you to claim and pick up when you're ready (this happened to me with a valuable magnet,

Kobey makes this place 5 stars for me! I had a ton of bird dung and bugs on my Mini from driving all over the place ( I drive for work) and I came here! The mess didn’t come off in the first wash (it was definitely sticky and old) and he let me go through again, even though I’m not a member. My car looks so much better! Kobey even waited on the other end of the wash to check if it worked! Stellar man!
