Yesterday my F350 broke down. Within 40 minutes, the very kind gentleman came to tow my truck & gave me a ride home. He was very nice & kind. This was my first time using this company & I highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them in the future if I need a tow.

I was 63 miles north of Des Moines on 35, Trans cooler lines left the chat, New Western Star. The driver that showed up had all his stuff together, (I'm keeping it clean) friendly, knowledgeable, professional... efficient... Plus, once we arrived at Western Star Select Trucks, he had no problems backing in to drop the trailer my truck was hooked to... my truck and trailer is 80 feet long... A+! If he sees this, he'll know... THANK YOU for taking care of my truck! Hope i never see you again... lol BUT, IF I HALF TO, HANIFEN CO INC IS MY 1ST PHONE CALL...

one of the tow truck drivers came to my business to tow a customers vehicle the customer was getting service done and was told he would be called when the service was done so it could get towed to the dealer for warranty work, customer showed up 40 mins later with the tow truck. i explained that the vehicle wasn’t ready and would be ready at a set time, both customer and the tow truck driver seemed pretty upset and left upset. when the tow truck driver came back i showed him where the vehicle was and explained i now have the vehicle in a state where it starts and drives (used to have to drag it before cause of electronic ebrake) an i took off for the day. after i left i get told by my staff that the tow truck driver is bad mouthing me for poor customer service skills, i come in in the

Scheduled a tow no less than 30 minutes later Hanifen was there. My service driver was Billy. He was outgoing, friendly, humorous, and overall went above and beyond. I would recommend hanifen to anyone and I can’t recommend Billy enough.
