Randy is always responsive to calls and as flexible in scheduling as is possible. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the work is done in the time promised. The price is always reasonable. I have gone to Hank's for almost 10 years and have no reason to go anywhere else. I highly recommend their work.

Absolutely terrible service. Owner kept my car for two months. He'd make up lies every few times per week as to why my car wasn't done. Eventually he told me he got the clutch in and the timing belt, and was waiting for the new transmission. I stopped by to see that there was no clutch installed, the mechanic had no idea he was to even do my timing belt, and none of the parts had even been ordered. I told him I would call the police the next day if he didn't get my car fixed by the end of the week. He finally finished the job the next Tuesday and the clutch was sticking to the floor as if a bad slave cylinder. Took it back again and all the mechanic did was put a heavier clutch pedal return spring in instead of fixing the problem. I asked him what he did and he said "Don't worry about it"
