Hank's Tires

I was visiting from Arkansas and woke up to a low tire. I swung in Hanks and a young man went right to work, he looked for the leek for about 15min when I realized I told him the wrong tire! He was so kind and we just joked about it. They only charged me $10 to plug it. Excellent service!

Called multiple times to assist a friend who lives in Crowley. No one ever answers the phone. Bad sign to not be able to reach a used tire dealer by phone… What if there is an issue after service?

My husband had his tires changed and one fell off while driving. It messed up the rim and his truck. So he checked and all four tires weren't tightened. Now they are refusing to pay for damages. And I was told this has happened to other people. One man hit another car and was seriously injured. If I could I would give no stars.

Ms Kim Klum nobody have been hurt from tire came off and your husband was stay right there when the guy tight the lugs up whit a breck bar and we donot know what u talking about some boby got serious hurt u lying and if that left lose it would came off before he got to ranye he drive to laf and back so no way we left them lose

This was the first time they was actually nice I've been before but they always so uninviting but this go round they was nice sweet dare I say, guess the holidays lifts up everyone mood
