I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and the service department was fantastic from start to finish. The advisor greeted me right away, explained everything clearly, and even went over the multipoint inspection results in detail. My vehicle was finished earlier than expected, and the final price matched the estimate exactly no surprises. I’ll definitely be back for all my future maintenance needs.

Arrived 10 mins early for my 8AM service appointment. I was very clear when I booked the appointment that I would be coming in for suspension service for bad leaf spring assembly on my new 2025 Silverado 1500. The service center opened late. No one greeted me or brought me inside to start my appointment, or even indicated that the business had opened. I walked inside to the service desk and was asked why I was there. After explaining my issue, was simply told that they wouldn't help me because they had "bigger" jobs to work on. Apparently an appointment means nothing here. Dude at the desk said I could leave it and they'd try to "get to it later". I was not offered a new appointment, or really any info other than his firm "no".
