I’ve had the unfortunate experience of being in 3 different accidents over the last 2 years- hitting 2 deer and getting run off the road avoiding a head on collision. The first time I hit a deer and my car was towed to this shop, I was certain it was totalled. I walked into Hannabass & Rowe Express apprehensive and, if I'm honest, with an attitude. I assumed I was bound to get ripped off by my insurance, my car would never be fully fixed, the process would take forever, and the whole thing would be a nightmare. I took them a dent in an almost impossible spot to fix and they returned a PERFECT-looking car that they took the time clean inside and out for me. The front office was just as kind and professional as the people in the garage. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

A deer hit my Subaru Forester on 1/24/25 and I got my car back today 2/14/25. It looks amazing!! The work is fantastic, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, friendly and answered all our questions. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this shop.

I wish I had some before pictures to show how good of a job they did. Paint matched perfectly and looks as if nothing happened. Went here based off a recommendation from my insurance and will definitely be going back for any other body work needs and will definitely recommend. Seamless estimate and payment between them and my insurance company. They quoted me a date it would be ready and stuck to it. Showed up on the quoted day to my truck fully washed and ready to go. My insurance works closely with Hannabass and when I got in a collision I was told to bring my car here. The mechanics were great and super friendly. The estimate was exactly around what it should’ve been. However, I feel as though my car was being parted behind the scene. The woman at the front desk refused to allow me to have my car parts back, including the front decorative grill and a headlight that had no damage. They were never put in the back seat/trunk like they should’ve. She refused to give me back my front licenses plate and said I had to talk to my insurance about it, but progressive told me it’s personal theft and I’d have to file a police report. I was unable to buy my car back because of the tear down and missing pieces sadly.. They also wouldn’t tell me the estimate number
