Hannan Towing & Recovery

My car was broken down on the top level of a parking garage. The office and I coordinated closely to dispatch the correct truck for the low garage height and to protect my car (my car is AWD which matters for towing). He also coordinated with the driver about the very low head height on the top floor, preparing him fully for the final step. Finally, once the truck was positioned at the highest level it could fit, the driver helped me push the car down one entire level, to meet the truck. I only had to wait 45 minutes from call to getting on the road. And the driver went above and beyond by helping me push the car! A lot of other tow companies would have walked off. Excellent service, and would use again.

Outstanding Customer Service, communication was superb, when you need an emergency tow it is great to recieve consistent realtime updates. Driver was Excellent! It was a challenge to get the car high enough to get lift under car he worded hard to get it right. The appreciated the follow up callletting me know the car had been dropped off. Highly recommended!!!

My experience was EXCELLENT, driver was great with communication when he arrived at the pickup spot and was great with actually calling me when he got to the destination spot with following the instructions.
