Matt in the service department was AMAZING!! Brought in a new vehicle that had an issue after a week of owning and he and the staff were great! Diagnosed and repaired in half the time quoted! I know sometimes anomalies happen and this can’t always be the case, but I am blown away! I really wanted to like Hanner! People seem friendly and willing to work with you. They made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. But i bought a used truck with nothing but problems from them. Within the first 6 months both truck batteries died (I of course had to cover the cost). Right after that the tint started peeling in the truck and the key fob died. Then, just a couple months later (not even a year) the tire on the truck detreaded almost causing an accident. And when changing the tire to the spare the supplied bottle jack broke! I also have to schedule an appointment to get the tailgate to open correctly (was an issue when i picked it up that was supposed to be fixed) and the park/neutral position switch fixed.
