I could not be more pleased and satisfied with my experience at Hanover Collision Center. After my brand new Toyota truck was involved in a hit an run accident, Hanover Toyota was helpful, professional and attentive to my needs. Especially noteworthy was Duane Fuhrman, who went above and beyond to meet my needs. He was the consummate professional and kept me apprised of the status of my repair. Their work was outstanding. I am extremely disheartened with the condition my vehicle was returned in after what was a severe collision, not a minor incident. This vehicle struck a highway median at approximately 55–60 mph. It was not a case of “two curbed wheels,” and characterizing it that way significantly downplays the severity of the impact. When the vehicle was returned to me, there was still a very audible rotational noise between 30–50 mph, which raised immediate concern for unresolved damage. There was also a missing tire pressure monitoring sensor on the left rear wheel, despite that wheel being one of two that were replaced. Patrick Crawford for president, seriously. He exquisitely handles insurance companies professionally. He continuously kept me updated on my car being worked on. He kept me stress-free when I didn't have my car. Patrick and all the employees were VERY helpful and confident. They did a superb job fixing my car and I was VERY surprised they cleaned the inside of my car. People have made many comments that it looks like I got a brand new car. Endless that yous!!

Ron has excellent customer service skills and truly knows how to treat his customers right. Communicating with him through the repair process showed that he cares and will keep your best interest in mind. His team did an excellent job with the repaint of the hood on my car. They blended the color so well that it looks exactly the same as when it came out of the factory. Everyone I interacted with at Hanover Collision was polite and extremely professional.
