Hanover Toyota Service Center

The new service center is nice and was a much needed improvement. I am very glad they are no longer playing Jesus music in the waiting room, that crap was annoying and pushing religion on your customers is not acceptable. Service techs are always nice and helpful. Prices for services are on par with other dealerships. I like the text message updates and the online option to approve or deny services.

Excellent service! Service lite came on about 1/2 to PA. Stopped into make an appt within 3 days and was not disappointed!!

I’ve never had problems with Hanover Toyota service in Hanover. However, after today’s experience I will NEVER come back. I had this appointment for over 2 weeks now. It had on the appointment that I drive a Nissan and that my appointment time was 10:00, and that I’d be waiting. So tell me why do I have to wait 2 1/2 hours for a job that can be done in 45 minutes? Then the one girl comes out and sees me looking. She said they’re doing your car now, they we’re having trouble finding an oil filter for Nissans. SERIOUSLY??? So then I have to wait another 30 minutes or so. Not very good customer service

First time taking my Toyota Corolla in for an inspection here and the service center took great car of my car. They helped diagnosed my car and fix it with quality parts, they kept me updated regularly and had it looking and running good as new. I'll definitely be bring my car back here for it's inspections.
