Great Experience! Our sales rep Travis was awesome. We purchased a pre certified vehicle from out of state. Travis walked us through the transaction step by step. We had the car shipped to us, and he stayed on top of the delivery to the end. There were delays due to weather outside of anyone’s control but Travis stayed proactive. We could not be happier with the price, condition of the vehicle and delivery!

The absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Travis was amazing. I was in a bind with negative equity but really needing a vehicle and was really tight on my monthly payment and he got me into a car way above my expectations in the price range I needed. ‘Super Jared’ was also great and made the paperwork a breeze. I will never buy a car from anywhere else.

Almost 2 years ago I bought my 2024 VW Taos from Travis at Hanover. I had an amazing car buying experience! Even before buying a car here I would get parts for my 2011 VW Jetta sport wagon. Which also was a wonderful experience. I have dealt with all of the departments at this dealership. I have had nothing but amazing experiences everytime. Our sales person Megan has now sold us two vehicles, she is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her sales manager Samantha was also a huge pleasure to work with. Ive never felt this comfortable buying a car in my life, no games, no tricks, just overall professionalism, kindness and transparency.
