I've been using Hansberrys for several years now. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I'm very thankful for that!! A good honest trustworthy, VERY reasonably priced auto shop is extremely hard to find! If that's the kind of auto shop you want?? All I can say is... Hansberry's Enterprises is THAT PLACE! The whole team is outstanding in customer satisfaction! Bart( shop manager) is very helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things to you thoroughly. Several times already he's helped me out of a jam with my van. Even when I was hundreds of miles away he talked me through a problem on the phone and got me on the road again! I've been a customer of Hansberry Enterprises for many years and a recent experience reminded me why I stayed with them. On a driving trip to southern Va, my water pump failed. I was towed to a Ford dealer, Malloy Ford, and the water pump replaced. ( $1,000). When we went to leave on a Saturday several days later, I noticed fluid under the car. They were too busy to look at it on that day but suggested I have it looked at later. On the following Monday it was looked at by JFK Ford in Phoenixville. They charged $200 to diagnose it and said the radiator would need to be replaced for $1500 additional. I paid the $200 and left. Took the Ford to Hansberry who looked at it and determined the $10 petcock drain 0-ring was bad (probably from the Ford tech in Va when they drained the coolant). 2 les

Just like everyone else says. Honesty, fair pricing, actual repair performed where you don't have to take the vehicle back once it's fixed it's fixed. Exceptional customer service. Entire staff are people oriented; they treat you as to how they would like to be treated themselves. Can't praise them enough. Make them your personal auto shop just like you have a primary care physician make them your primary auto shop. You won't regret it.

1st time with this shop and I'm already impressed. Guys are knowledgeable and are into the cars they work on. So glad so so glad I took my car here! I will never take it anywhere else! They have a customer for life!
