Hanser’s Towing & Semi Truck Heavy Wrecker

My van blew a tire on I-90 in Montana. I was there with my wife and our 6 kids. Hanser’s sent someone right away to get us off the interstate and to a tire shop. They sent an extra car to take my wife and kids to a hotel to wait, and the driver, a guy named Dakota, was absolutely amazing - he really went above and beyond to make sure that my family was safe and I was able to get my van repaired so we could get back on our way.

Have you ever hit a deer in the middle of nowhere?!? We'll I have (0/10 suggest) and Brenda and Mark saved the day getting my car into Big Timber and dropped off at the body shop!!! The price was very reasonable for an after hours call. THANK YOU!!!

A couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and I hit a deer and totaled my car on our way to the west boulder late at night. Dakota was so helpful and not only towed my car back to the lot, but drove us 12 miles up the west boulder back to the ranch my boyfriends work trailer was at so we weren't stranded! We both kept talking about just how kind and helpful Dakota was through the whole stressful process!

Dakota was amazing! I overshot my tow dolly and he took extra care to insure the car wasn’t damaged. Showed up in half the time I was told. Great customer service on the phone by Shelly too!!

The reason they get two is the staff was absolutely wonderful. The tow truck driver Dakota was amazing and got us off the road quick and safely. The receptionist was very nice and understanding. I have a problem with $800 because the cops called instead of me. I told the receptionist I was about to call and a cop told me they had already called the towing company, so she bumped it down to $500. I understand that it was in the median and an accident call because the cops called. It doesn't seem right to charge that much for an hour and a half tow that was less than 20miles, but I felt forced to pay it because the driver had already taken my keys and I didn't want my car to be taken and possibly have more fees.
