Happy Bubbles Car Wash

UPDATE! The owners called me & refunded all my money from the last 2 visits plus gave me 2 free car wash coupons! They took my review to heart & went right out to see for themselves. I admit I was reluctant to even use one of the free coupons, but I did & wow! The car wash was like night & day! This car wash now is working like brand new! Now I've been back several times & it is happily obvious the owners are keeping up with maintenance. My review is back to my original (1st) review..Fantastic! & it's the only car we once again use! I sadly must change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. This place is now sucks! With horrible maintenance, this place has downhill fast! The automatic side does not clean your car anymore. Maybe some gross dirt, but it did not clean my new car from standar

Used this automatic car wash today and we were about half way through the cycle when the arm broke and smashed into the side of my suburban and left a dent in the front fender, called the number on the building and the maintenance guy or whoever told us we have to wait until tomorrow when the office is open to figure anything out about it! Will update review tomorrow after we speak with the office. UPDATE: Got ahold of the office, they reviewed the footage and agreed it was equipment failure and are paying for damages and a couple free car washes. I understand accidents happen and will continue to use this car wash because of its convenient location and quality of work!

Clean. Credit card reader in self serve can be temperamental sometimes. Reasonably priced

I used the dog wash station for the very first time and I was not impressed. The water was very cold, the water pressure was not good, it's 10.00 for 10 minutes and it charged my card 20.00 for 9 minutes 46 seconds. I will take my buddy to another spot next time.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I don't usually give negative reviews. Stay away from this place and go to Marquette or do it at home. The self service equipment is garbage, the knob spins on the selector and you waist half your time trying to get to the selection you want. The vaccines are hit and miss at best, and you only know if they are working after you drop money into them. It's pretty clear that the owners of this place have absolutely no interest in keeping their equipment in good working condition. I've given this place a few tries and honestly I'm done using them.
