Happy Daze RV - Sacramento

My wife & I have been researching and actively looking at Travel Trailers for the last 4 years, we have always looked at the Grand Design line. Happy Daze RV, was the only dealer that actually took the time to explain every aspect of the trailers, on several different models all the while knowing that we were “ just looking” . This year at the Pleasanton Fair RV Show, our “just looking” turned Into buying our First Fifth Wheel..I cannot begin to tell everyone how happy and excited we are to get started. Our first trip is scheduled for Mid April. Granted there is a lot to learn, thank god for You Tube! We want to thank the Entire Sales Team at Happy Daze RV in Sacramento for their expertise & guidance. We are looking forward to starting this new chapter of RVing.

Bought a 2022 Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel from them. It has had nothing but issue after issue. Their maintenance dept. is an overwhelmed nightmare. Months to get in, weeks to get repairs complete. In trading bad experiences with another RVer I met on a trip he had similar stories, then when he said it was Happy Daze I rolled my eyes & groaned. Currently RV has had MAJOR road damage to suspension and I am struggling to find someone else to repair my UNUSABLE RV.

Happy Daze has been extremely supportive when I had issues with my RV. The service department folks care about their customers, from David the manager to the folks who answer the phones and the technicians who do the quality work. They are always knowledgeable and friendly and get me back on the road quickly.

Garbage Service, finance department is a joke, Lied to constantly strung along for weeks while they held my deposit. 789 credit score what a joke this place is don’t waste your time here. Id give 0 stars if i could.
