I bought a brand new rim had them seal the bead and balance it , when I received it back from them there was couple very bad scratches , keep in mind I just bought the rim. I then went in to ask if they sell any paint correctors because they scratched my rim and they said Napa would have it. I get it , it was at the end of the day everybody wants to go home but if they would have taken at least an extra 10 seconds to make sure the tire machine wasn’t close to the rim I wouldn’t have to figure out how I’m going to fix this now. I just bought the car and it’s the first nice vehicle I’ve owned and I wanted to keep it in good condition it’s just a bummer that they don’t care to take the time to make sure it’s done right.

I walked in one sat , they ordered tires after researching the replacements , I am from out of town, they not only delivered but installed the tires on my very old vehicle that has been parked outside my parents home . They had to Pre soak the nuts on Monday and came back Wednesday to install. I am very grateful for their help and for going out of their way to make the delivery. Thanks again to Jermaine Romo for going out of his way !!
