Very friendly staff, they are always quite nice, and very helpful but without being too in your face and annoying. Plus if I ever have a question while I’m shopping I can almost always find a staff member to help me right away without having to wander around isle after isle like you do at L’s or HD. I especially wanted to give an extra shout out to I believe Jeremy. I was in the store last night purchasing a very large HD tarp, which they had in stock and I got a great deal on it. … I never once thought about just how heavy a house size heavy duty tarp was, and as it turns out, it’s for sure heavier than I can carry. So extra Big shout out to Jeremy for not only helping me with deciding what to purchase, but also for lugging it all through the store and out front so I could get it home. Th

The McMinnville Oregon store is the best stock and well-maintained clean place. As I walked through the store every employee the saw me ask me if they could give me a hand. Top-notch #1 service. And they have everything and organized. If you're searching for a toolbox they have everyone and every color on display.

2nd time I tried to buy something and with a smirk said with out giving them a phone number I can not return. I will never give it out to these businesses. That number is like Crack to them. Never give it I did not purchase and will never step back on that store. Highly do not recommend.

Staff is friendly and you can oftentimes find good deals, but if you're looking for name brand tools, it's not the place to go. Go. All the tools we've caught there have wonderfully.
