Me and my husband had a great experience walking in as they seemed to be stocked more than in comparison to the one where we live. They had generators which was our priority upon walking in. We picked up a few more things and applied to their credit card because we've been buying a lot of tools. Christopher was a big help, he explained a lot of their warranty rules on the generators and overall was super kind and patient. It also appears that Dana and Andrew are the most knowledgeable alongside Christopher. I recommend talking to him.

This HF needs to train the staff at the HF in Perris, they are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Always going out of their way to provide service or help find that one small tool you need. Place is always orderly and everything clearly labeled.
